First, we’ll set up your patient profile and send necessary paperwork to your email address so that you can complete it before your visit. This allows you to go paperless, eliminating the stress of potentially forgetting to bring something important to your first appointment.

Day of, we’ll greet you warmly and show you around the office. With its welcoming, residential feel and clean comfortable interior, we want you to feel at home at your family dentist in Austin TX. Large office windows overlook the lush green lawn where Dr. Garcia’s dogs can often be seen at play, making you feel comfortable from the get-go.

Our Process at Parmer Lane

Once your hygienist has introduced themself, we’ll get to work gathering information for a thorough evaluation. We take images of your teeth using our panoramic X-ray machine. Using a lower dose of radiation than traditional dental X-rays, these digital X-rays capture a comprehensive view of the mouth quickly and efficiently giving us the best indication of your dental health. This process allows us to spot and address potential problems before they become an issue.

Unless you need a deep cleaning — which is generally only needed for those who haven’t had a cleaning in a very long time or for those who have untreated periodontitis — we’ll give your pearly whites a thorough clean, followed by a detailed evaluation with Dr. Garcia to gauge the wellness of your teeth. Our practice is equipped with intraoral cameras, which are small pen-sized devices that allow us a clear view of every area of your mouth.

Completely transparent, you can pay a set amount each month in exchange for benefits like free or discounted services. We offer several budget-friendly plans that cover all of your cleanings, evaluations, and routine X-rays, plus discounts on procedures such as fillings, crowns, and root canals.

Our specialized Perio Plan even includes an additional three periodontal maintenance procedures a year. With so many convenient payment options to choose from, we ensure that you and your family will be able to afford the dental care you need and deserve, regardless of budget or insurance status.

We also offer financing through CareCredit, a healthcare credit card designed to help you pay for health and wellness needs by splitting it into manageable payments.
